Our services
We design, build, migrate and grow Shopify stores for our clients. Detailed scope, deliverables and timelines for any project are agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Quotes and payments
Project quotes are valid for 30 days. Payment terms are confirmed in your proposal. We may pause or stop work on overdue accounts.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide access, content and approvals in good time so we can deliver on schedule, and to hold rights to any content or assets you provide.
Intellectual property
Once final payment is received, ownership of the work we create for you transfers to you. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability under these Terms is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
